This was a coat closet in the front half and a kitchen pantry in the back half. There is also the entrance to the basement here.

This is a prime example of what you can do with just a little space.

This kitchen needed major change. It had short ceilings and was not functional. So this is what we did.

This opens the kitchen right up!

Everything you need with lots of cupboards for the things you don't.

These are original builder stairs. Time to go!

As you can see, it was time to renovate.

We are going to put an office here.

This basement was completely gutted and renovated to usable space.

This basement was turned into an in-law suit with 2 bedrooms, separate laundry, 4 peace bathroom, living room and separate entrance.

A cosy place for 2.

Finally you can fit all at the same table.

We made the stair landing wider here. We also installed a ladder attic hatch and a pocket sliding door and trim.

Nice poplar trim throughout the house.

Can't beat those original hard wood stairs and banisters.

Time to remove the bowl from under the sink.

Now that's much better.

In this room they wanted the walls covered, the water softener removed and for the room to be functional.

Here we have concrete that slopes to the house which causes a pool of water by the door.

To address the water issue and jazz up the back yard a bit, the client opted for a new deck with Trex Rain Escapes. An excellent way to divert water!

Here the garbages are in the way and need a new location.

We moved the shed forward for the client and made a easy access and discrete location for the garbages. 

Just the way we like it!

Now they can enjoy their coffee and the dog can enjoy the back yard.

Problem solved.

Now the back yard has a new fresh look and a solid place for the family to gather around for a long time to come.

This was a bungalow that we took the roof off of. We excavated in the back and added an addition and also a second floor.
